Privacy Policy

When you ask for sample leads: your work email and service area. We also note which page you were on and any campaign tags in the link you followed.

When you use the outreach tool: the service area and customer description you type. We send them to an AI model to write the result and don't keep them afterwards.

When you browse: which pages you view and which buttons you click, linked to a random ID that your browser forgets when you close the tab. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for traffic counts. Neither uses cookies or identifies you by name.

Bot checks: our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, which runs in the background to make sure a person is sending them. It looks at your IP address and browser.

To prepare and send your sample leads, to follow up about them and about a paid pilot, and to see which pages work. We don't sell your information or share it with other companies for their marketing.

Cloudflare (hosting, security, analytics and email forwarding), Supabase (our database, hosted in the EU), Resend (sending email) and an AI model provider reached through Lovable's AI gateway (the outreach tool only). Each processes data only to provide its service to us.

We email you about the sample you asked for and follow up about it. If you want us to stop, reply to any email or write to hello@gettradesignals.com and we will.

We keep your request while we're preparing your sample or following up on it. Ask us at any time and we'll delete it.

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it or have it deleted. Email hello@gettradesignals.com from the address you used and we'll take care of it.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
